Opera Saratoga Presents: My Fair Lady

Saturday, June 20, 2026 to Sunday, June 28, 2026

Witty, romantic, and endlessly charming, Lerner and Loewe’s “My Fair Lady” transforms Shaw’s classic “Pygmalion” into one of the most beloved musicals of all time. When the exacting phonetics professor Henry Higgins wagers he can turn spirited Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle into a “proper lady,” their worlds collide—and so do their hearts.

Featuring timeless songs like “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly” and “I Could Have Danced All Night,” Opera Saratoga’s production is a love letter to theater itself—staged with ten dazzling singing actors bringing every role to life and two pianists creating the rich, dynamic sound of the orchestra.

Directed by Mary Birnbaum, choreographed by Julia Eichten, and music directed by Adam Nielsen, this fresh, imaginative staging captures all the wit, warmth, and wonder that have made “My Fair Lady” a classic for generations.

“My Fair Lady” is performed with permission by Music Theater International.
