Women Aren’t Funny Comedy Series is an all-female comedy series brought to you by local favorite, Erin Harkes! Erin has won Best Comedian in the Capital Region multiple times over the last decade, most recently by the Times Union 2023 Reader’s Poll.
Join us each month for a night of bold, unapologetic humor from some of the funniest women in the business. Expect sharp wit, hilarious insights, and the kind of belly laughs that only women can deliver. This isn’t just a comedy show; it’s a movement. Come for the laughs, stay for the empowerment. Because yes, women ARE funny—seriously funny.
Liz Glazer is an award-winning standup comedian, actor, and writer who has won the Boston Comedy Festival and Ladies of Laughter Competition.
She’s been featured in the “Wall Street Journal” and appeared on ABC’s “FOR LIFE” and CBS’s “BULL.” A former tenured law professor and real estate lawyer, Liz left academia to pursue comedy, drawing on her life as a lesbian, a rabbi’s wife and a former lawyer for her material. She performs regularly at comedy clubs, festivals and private events, captivating audiences with her sharp wit and relatable humor.
